The Redwood Policy on Slavery and Human Trafficking

Redwood has implemented and manages an Approved Supplier List. In order for suppliers to be included on the list, they have to go through a prescribed selection process, managed by the Order Processing Team, with involvement from members of the finance, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure a level of diligence in the selection of suppliers. The team conducts Supplier Review Meetings on a monthly basis to track supplier performance and flag any issues, operational and regulatory. This process is aimed at ensuring no slavery or human trafficking takes place in any part of the Redwood business or in our supply chain.

Adherence to our Values

Our approach to slavery and human trafficking is one of zero tolerance and we expect the same approach from all those in our supply chain. Redwood will not use any supplier entity knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.

Our employees go through a thorough induction process when they join the organisation. These on boarding materials include all HR, Compliance and Legal policies and procedures, as well as an overview of the procedures, processes and policies contained in our ISO9001:2015 certified Business Management System. The senior management team at Redwood is regularly briefed and updated on this area of regulatory compliance.
