Content Guru

Content Guru was incorporated in December 2005 as the direct result of a Redwood Technologies end-of-year business review. Redwood’s directors had identified a strategic demand shift in the communications technology market: The key emerging trend, anticipating the ‘cloud’ movement, was clearly towards organisations wanting to use, rather than to own, network communications systems.

Content Guru provides cloud-based communications integration services to large enterprise and public sector organisations, including well-known brands such as Rightmove, Auto Trader, National Rail Enquiries and UK Power Networks.

CG’s primary delivery platform is storm®, which is owned and operated in conjunction with in-country network partners, currently Vodafone (UK, Ireland, India) and KPN Telecom (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg). The platform is based on Redwood technology, drawing on a proven heritage of hardware and software development and manufacture. Further in-country platform partnerships, addressing key global communications markets, are in development.

The Vodafone partnership also enables Content Guru to service Britain’s SME / mid-cap business market. The NGware suite of products allows reseller partners to deliver white-labelled cloud communications services to their customers, making enterprise-grade technology available to any sector or size of organisation through simple and repeatable propositions.

Through storm, Content Guru offers a range of mission-critical corporate communications services ‘off-the-shelf’, including cloud PBX, multi-channel contact centre and secure payments infrastructure.
