Leading cloud communications technology provider, Redwood Technologies GmbH, will exhibit at CCW from 27 February to 1 March 2018 at the Estrel Congress Center in Berlin.
Now in its 20th year, CCW showcases innovative solutions and new developments in the customer experience space. The focus of the show in 2018 is on the future of customer service, including emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), bots, and Virtual Reality.
The event will kick off with an Innovation Day on Monday 26 February, where delegates will be able to attend a number of keynote speeches and workshops on a variety of themes, including disruption and AI in customer service. The exhibition itself begins on Tuesday 27 February and around 8000 delegates are expected to attend.
Redwood Technologies will be demonstrating its multi-award-winning storm® cloud communications platform at stand A10/B13. Delegates will be able to order complementary smoothies via the multi-channel storm BAR™. The BAR enables visitors to use storm’s powerful multi-channel capabilities and intelligent routing algorithms to order drinks via SMS, email, and web form, with orders showing on a real-time VIEW™ reporting dashboard above the bar.
