Local Thames Valley businesses Centerprise, Volume Global and Zyme have been announced as finalists for the Thames Valley Business Magazine’s Innovation Award, sponsored by Bracknell-based IT company, Redwood Technologies.

The award highlights new products or business innovations from organisations within the Thames Valley – a region that is Europe’s ‘Tech Valley’, home to many of the world’s largest IT companies through to innovative start-ups.

The overall winner will be announced at the Thames Valley Business Magazine Awards on Thursday 17th November, when finalists will gather at Reading’s Royal Berkshire Conference Centre for an evening of entertainment and dining. Writer, broadcaster and former MP and Government Whip, Gyles Brandreth, will take to the stage as the evening’s guest presenter.

Sean Taylor, CEO of Redwood Technologies, commented:

“We wanted to continue our support of the Tech Valley region through the sponsorship of these awards. In particular we need to encourage companies who are brave enough to try out new ideas. All the finalists should be proud of their achievements.”
