Sister company Radius GmbH is delighted to be exhibiting at CCW in Berlin from the 23rd to the 25th of February.
Europe’s largest customer service industry event, last year CCW featured more than 250 exhibitors from 19 different countries, attracting nearly 8,000 visitors from across the world. This year’s four day show will be based once again at the Estrel Congress & Messe Centre in Berlin as CCW celebrates its 18th birthday.
The proceedings will open with an Innovation Day on the 22nd, during which attendees will be able to experience the innovative use of new technologies and methods up close. To this end, visitors will be taken on guided tours around the cutting-edge contact centres of local businesses TransGourmet and DB Dialog. The Innovation Day will be followed by a three day trade show and conference which will take a critical look at the ‘customer services of the future’.
Radius GmbH will be taking part in the trade show, showcasing the Cloud Contact Centre capabilities of its storm® Communications Integration™ platform. Visitors will be able to order free smoothies and juices from the stand over multiple channels through the innovative stormBAR solution, experiencing the platform’s multi-channel processing and iACD® (intelligent Automated Contact Distribution) queueing capabilities first-hand.
Sean Taylor, CEO at Radius Communications, commented:
“CCW is the premier contact centre event in Europe and as we look to penetrate the substantial German contact centre market, our debut represents an important milestone. We saw exciting traction in 2015 and now it is time to rapidly expand as we fulfil our European storm vision.”
