2005-2016: Move to the Cloud
In 2005, the founders took their technology to the cloud with the founding of Content Guru, the Redwood Technologies Group’s cloud-first organization. At the time, this was a nascent technology, and few other providers were taking advantage.
Over the course of the next decade, Content Guru and its storm platform became firmly established in a number of industries that needed its unrivaled scalability and range of functionalities. As the storm® CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solution matured, it also expanded globally, with Content Guru establishing sales and support offices around the globe.
