RTConductor® – Resource Management
The resource manager, RTConductor, is a graphical system configuration utility that ensures that hardware resources are matched against the applications that require them. This is a low-level hardware resource and service resource manager that sits below RTStudio®. RTConductor lets you control the resources of the system, either locally or remotely. Configuring an application and assigning resources is simplified with RTConductor’’s graphical tools. From lines, to voice and fax, resources are allocated to applications with a few mouse clicks. An application can be easily assigned to a DDI number, or to a group of numbers, and scheduled to be available only at specific times. The designer of a service has the choice of either directly controlling the allocation of resources to high priority applications, or of letting RTPerformer® allocate the resources from resource pools.
