RedView™ – Real-Time and Historical Statistical Analysis

RedView allows users to easily interrogate INX™ call data records in order to view call statistics. It allows call record statistics to be viewed either graphically or as a table.

By default RedView™ will calculate and display call statistics for all of the calls for the last month, but any date range for calls can be specified. It is also possible to apply other filters to the call records. These include DDI, Destination, Call States, Call Duration, Chamber and Circuits. RedView will also allow up to two miscellaneous CDR fields to be defined for filtering purposes.

Total call statistics for the selected range of calls are also displayed on the form. These statistics include total number of calls, total duration of calls, average duration of calls, total answered, total failed and total unanswered.

The call statistics can be displayed either as a bar or pie chart. RedView supports a number of different formats for both bar and pie charts. Bar charts may be displayed either horizontally or vertically.

The user can break the call statistics down using any of the following criteria: time of day, day of week, day of month, DDI, destination area code, chamber, circuit and timeslot. Two miscellaneous criteria are also supported for displaying call statistics.

RedView allows the user to change the statistics and criteria for display graphs by virtue of pull-down menus. This allows non-technical users to easily obtain management information statistics and compile easy to understand graphs.

Once a graph has been compiled, it can be printed or saved as a bitmap for exporting to other documents.

When viewing the data as a table, the core data can be interrogated in detail. RedView allows this data to be sorted based upon any of the following columns: account number, date/time, duration, area code, destination number, CLI, DDI, time, Chamber, Circuit and timeslot. RedView also allows the user to define two miscellaneous columns for use within the table. The table may be sorted in either ascending or descending order.
