RedRecorder™ – Call Recording
Redwood’s RedRecorder Call Recording application allows the recording, storage, retrieval and analysis of interactions to happen flexibly and reliably from a scalable, network-strength package. Packet switched, circuit switched and wireless network calls can terminate directly on to the equipment, allowing for a very flexible call-handling platform.
Running on the Redwood DNX/INX intelligent switching platform, RedRecorder can be deployed within the corporate environment or within the network itself and is used by a variety of organisations including contact centres, financial trading floors, government offices and public safety centres. These organisations use call recording for many reasons, but amongst the most important are:
- Synchronising of communication – recordings allow parties not able to attend a conference to be updated easily and accurately
- Legal – transactions are accurately logged
- Security – interactions can be monitored (discreetly or openly)
- CRM – organisations such as contact centres can monitor and improve service levels
RedRecorder provides a high performance call recording solution combining a wide range of set-up options with powerful real-time management, monitoring and reporting tools.
The system can also be integrated with Redwood’s prepaid services engine to allow access to call recording features via a prepaid card.
